NatureConnect: Nurturing Children’s Growth Through Outdoor Experiences

The NatureConnect course is designed for you to acquire vital leadership skills to confidently guide groups of children in outdoor settings, gaining the ability to assess and enhance green spaces for tailored activities. The course further hones your creativity as you learn to design nature connection activities specifically curated for children aged 8 to 12, fostering their curiosity and enthusiasm.
Immerse yourself in theoretical and practical exploration of activities that promote movement, concentration, and prosocial attitudes. The culmination of your learning experience involves a final assessment, challenging you to apply your acquired knowledge by designing nature connection activities for a group of children, solidifying your expertise in creating meaningful connections between children and nature.
On Saturday (May 18) and Sunday (May 19), you will participate in a 2-hour live online video conference with the trainer (4 hours total).
