  4. Update your theoretical and practical knowledge.
  5. Connect with FTHub trainers.

All immersions start on Friday at 14:30 (2:30 pm) and end on Sunday at 17:30 (5:30 pm). If you have to arrive a little later or leave a little earlier, we understand. Travel, accommodation, meals or other expenses are not included in the cost.

Maià de Montcal, close to Besalú, is located between La Garrotxa and Alt Empordà, an area where you will find landscapes of natural, cultural and architectural interest.

Maià de Montcal is located on the slopes of the Mare de Déu del Mont and ends next to the Fluvià river. Besalú, with its majestic Romanesque bridge over the Fluvià, is considered one of the best-preserved medieval ensembles in Catalonia. In turn, Banyoles is a flat area covered by a lake and flanked by the Sierra de Rocacorba.

La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, with its almost forty volcanic cones, lava flows, basaltic cliffs and extensive and varied fauna and flora is a unique space on the European continent.

Alt Empordà, north of the Costa Brava, is a land with several protected natural spaces, beautiful beaches and dreamy coves with clear waters.

In the Masía de Can Traver, whose origins date back to the 13th century, silence and austerity ensure your well-being.

Cost: € 136. Includes 2 nights in a shared room and full board from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
