The 3-day In-person Training is exclusively for:
- FTHub Guides and Practitioners in training or already certified, regardless of the year of certification.
- Those applying for a Pack.
- FTHub Certified Nature Connection Facilitation Specialist, currently in training or already certified, with an additional enrolment in one mini-course.
- Those that have already enrolled in 3 mini-courses.
With this training you will:
- Sharpen your profile as a Guide or Practitioner.
- Gain irreplaceable bonds with your trainers and colleagues.
- Incorporate group management techniques to support the experience of participants.
- Master the art of communication in Nature Connection Activities.
- Grasp theoretical knowledge through games and exercises.
- Build the future of the practice alongside your peers.
- Dive into group design and co-guiding of Forest Bathing walks.
- Learn the Art of Play for Forest Bathing.
All immersions start on Friday at 10:00 (10 am) and end on Sunday at 13:00 (1 pm) (unless otherwise specified). If you have to arrive a little later or leave a little earlier, we understand, just let us know. Travel, accommodation, meals or other expenses are not included in the cost.

Where
Gauja National Park is the largest and oldest of the national parks in Latvia, characterised by great biological diversity, a variety of landforms, natural springs, sandstone outcrops, picturesque views and unique natural, cultural and historical monuments.
Magnificent sandstone outcrops, rocks, cliffs and caves are among the park’s major attractions. The reddish, yellow and greyish sandstones were formed 350-370 million years ago.
Accommodation
Camping Ozolkalns (oak hill) is located next to the river Gauja, inside the Gauja National Park, a national protected territory.
The camping is 3 kilometres away from Cēsis, a village of mediaeval magic with old houses, an 8th-century castle and parks with black swans. In the nearby town Sigulda there are nice views of nature, hiking trails, mediaeval buildings and other cultural sights.
In Camping Ozolkalns, accommodation costs EUR 40 per person/day in a shared room, with private bathroom, in a small cottage.

Camping Ozolkalns
∙ Address: Slēpošanas un atpūtas parks “OZOLKALNS”, “Saulkrasti”, Drabešu pag., Amatas novads, LV – 4102
Ozolkalns is located in the region of Cēsis, Amata district, Drabesi parish, in “Saulkrasti”, adjacent to Cīrulīši and less than a km away from Žagarkalns.
By public transport:
∙ You can get to Cēsis from Riga by train or bus (approx. 2-hour trip). Info on train service here. Info on bus service here.
∙ Once in Cēsis, you can take a taxi or car ride to cover the 6 km distance from the train station to Camping Ozolkalns. Inga will be available to arrange a lift with you.
By car:
∙ From Rīga you can get to Ozolkalns by driving towards Cēsis along the Rīga – Pleskov (A2) highway and turning at the first sign to Cēsis (Cēsis – 11 km). After driving into Cēsis, make a left turn onto Pētera street (1.5 km). At the sign Ozolkalns, make another left turn and drive 800 m until the sign “End of Cēsis”. On the left, you will see Ozolkalns and reach it after 500 m.
∙ Following a navigation device, please put “Ligatnes street 82, Cesis” and then follow the signs on the road. Heading towards Meijermuiža.
∙ Passing the sign Ozolkalns, heading towards ZOO Raksi. After 3 km you will see a sign where you have to turn right into the forest and go until the end of the road to the camping after 1.5 km.
