In 2020, I formalised my love affair with the forest in Poland by training with FTHub as a Forest Bathing Guide and Forest Therapy Practitioner. After many years abroad, I returned to Galicia, where my project, Os Sentidos do Bosque, was born.

I am dedicated to the design, organisation, and delivery of Forest Bathing sessions and Forest Therapy projects. Os Sentidos do Bosque aims to serve those who wish to connect with nature in a deeper, more restorative way and to raise awareness of the benefits of mindful exposure to nature.

From 2026, I will be offering courses to train Nature Connection Specialists, having been accredited as a trainer by the FTHub. The courses will be based in Galicia, but I would be open to delivering the training in other locations for pre-formed groups or specific collectives.
