Erika, based in New Jersey, holds a bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, and Book Studies from Goucher College. While at Goucher, she participated in the International Scholars Program, which broadened her global perspective and deepened her interest in connecting with people worldwide.

In her role as the Hub Seedlings Director at FTHub, Erika is responsible for leading and supporting the business growth of the largest network of Forest Bathing Guides and Forest Therapy Practitioners in the Green Health field. In addition, she supports guides and professionals in their professionalisation and understanding of the scientific basis of the practice, regardless of their certifying organisation or geographic location.

She is also an FTHub trainer, driven by her passion for expanding access to nature wellness and interventions. She is an FTHub Certified Forest Bathing Guide, yoga teacher (YT-200), and Reiki practitioner (level 2). Erika integrates wellness practices into all her endeavours.

Erika is an editor at HarperCollins Children’s Books and the co-creator of the picture book “The Prophet: An Inspired Adaptation of Kahlil Gibran’s Fables” (coming soon!). She supports authors, illustrators, and publishing professionals while also offering a wide range of wellness experiences in her community in New Jersey and New York City.
