Xiao Chen is an FTHub-certified Forest Bathing Guide and Chinese Trainer based in Chengdu, China. She specializes in healing landscape design and consultancy for forest-bases and office parks, integrating spatial planning with experiential design — always bridging the outer landscape and the inner landscape.

With 15 years in landscape architecture, she sees herself as a „catalyst of life potential” — designing spaces, facilitating dialogue, and co-creating mechanisms that reconnect people with place. She believes every project can be a catalyst for regeneration. In recent years, she has focused on restoring people’s connection with nature through forest therapy facilitation and healing landscape creation.
