Marta Battaini
Trenerka
Marta is a nurse and a nature-lover, with a special passion for trees and forests that have always attracted and fascinated her since she was a child.
She worked for some years for the Development Cooperation in DR Congo. It is there that, working in the field of disability, she was able to observe the beneficial effects of nature exposure and its important role in helping to treat several physical and mental problems. So, she decided to combine her greatest passions (medicine + helping others + forests) and enrich her profession by becoming an FTHub Forest Bathing Guide and FTHub Forest Therapy practitioner.
Marta speaks Italian, English and French.
She currently lives in Albania, where she guides Forest Bathing for locals and tourists to promote well-being in nature and enhance the wonderful Albanian natural heritage, especially in protected areas.
