Manuela has a background in Naturopathy, Ecopsychology, Mindfulness, and Oriental Medicine. Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.

In her role as the Director of FTHub 3 Days, she is in contact with countless cultures and approaches to the practice, providing her with a broad vision of the sector. This allows her to collaboratively adapt the practice with local trainers to accommodate diverse cultural contexts.

Manuela has designed and led numerous forest therapy interventions across different demographics, with a particular passion for working with children and adolescents. She played a key role in designing and implementing the Trentino Therapeutic Garden in the Italian Alps, among the first of its kind in the region.

Additionally, Manuela is the author of 'WILD BLUE,’ an FTHub course specialising in Nature Connection in Blue Spaces. As a speaker, she has participated in various conferences, including the V Congress Forest and its Potential for Health held in Slovenia. Her expertise has been recognised by numerous media outlets in Italy.

Growing up in an environment centred around mountain tourism, nature, sustainability, and the appreciation of the local territory, Manuela chose to dedicate her time to promoting the health and well-being of both people and the planet. Her passionate efforts include organising events that support environmental education, outdoor well-being activities, holistic paths, retreats, and treatments aimed at nurturing a love for nature.
