Erika has always felt best when immersed in nature. She grew up camping, hiking, and taking every opportunity to be outside. Her wellness practice journey began when a mentor asked her a life-changing question: “What do you want?” and she answered, “To be calm.” This set her on the path toward becoming a certified yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and ultimately a forest bathing guide.
She loves helping people find their calm by connecting with nature and accessing the healing properties of the outdoors. Erika is also a children’s book editor, an avid traveller, and a volunteer in her community.
