How many live sessions does the training consist of?
- The training consists of 12 sessions of live online classes (10 modules of the manual) and 12 sessions with group dynamics, each lasting 1 hour. It also includes 8 Forest Bathing Walks live online guided by FTHub trainers, lasting 2 hours.
- Choose from the available class session schedules: the same content (module) is offered 2 to 3 times per week at different times. The group dynamics are always different.
- The 24-week access cycle allows you to attend the same content session (module) several times, enriching your training with the experience and cultural adaptations of the trainers. Each content is delivered by 2 to 4 trainers.
