The training will be held in Windsor Great Park and its Environmental Centre, a private location within the Park that provides the ideal indoor and outdoor space for inspirational learning within nature.

The training is offered in collaboration with Mind, a national mental health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health (NAMH), Mind offers information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf. It also works to raise public awareness and understanding of issues relating to mental health.

Hillingdon is one of London’s largest Borough districts and Mind in Hillingdon is its most experienced, community-based, mental health charity, providing services in the area since 1984, offering support, advice and information to empower anyone who may be experiencing a mental health problem.

They provide high-quality, individually tailored services for people to live full lives and be connected to their communities and were the first Mind to introduce Forest Therapy into mental health recovery service.

Windsor Great Park is an ancient Royal landscape featuring forests, grasslands, lakes, and gardens with a millennium of history, rare wildlife, and National Collections of plants and Champion Trees. The Windsor Estate, spanning 6,400 hectares, is not just a historic site but also a bustling operational hub.

Windsor, a charming historic market town in Berkshire, England, is home to the iconic Windsor Castle, an official residence of the British monarch. Just 21.8 miles (35 km) west of central London, it sits gracefully on the banks of the River Thames, adjacent to its ancient twin town of Eton. Originally known as New Windsor to distinguish it from the nearby village of Old Windsor, the town carries a rich history dating back centuries.

Schedule: unless otherwise specified, all immersions start on Friday at 10:00 (10 am) and end on Sunday at 13:00 (1 pm). If you have to arrive a little later or leave a little earlier, we understand, just let us know.
