In addition to the in-person training, you can still enjoy the standard 36-week online access to the full course materials, 16 live online classes, 72 online mentoring sessions with group dynamics, and 12 online Forest Bathing Walks.
Attendance at this online content is not mandatory, but it allows you to revisit the content at your own pace and complete the practice requirements.
