In-Person Training
In-Person · FTHub Spring School
The Spring School is FTHub’s intensive in-person format for the FTHub Forest Bathing Guide certification training. Five days of immersive training in an extraordinary natural setting, alongside an international cohort of fellow professionals, guided by experienced FTHub trainers.
You learn the same science-backed curriculum as the online FTHub Forest Bathing Guide training format, session, and workshop design, sensory activities, nature-health science, group facilitation, risk assessment, and the FTHub Method. The difference is depth of immersion: you practice in the field, receive real-time feedback, and build lasting professional connections.
