Attend as many live sessions as you want, choosing from the available times.
How many live sessions does the training consist of?
- The training consists of 16 sessions of live online classes (14 modules of the manual), each lasting 1 hour, and 33 mentoring sessions with group dynamics, each lasting 30 minutes. It also includes 18 Forest Bathing Walks live online guided by FTHub trainers, each lasting 1.5 hours.
- Choose from the available class session schedules: the same content (module) is offered 2 to 3 times per week at different times. The group dynamics are always different.
- The 36-week access cycle allows you to attend the same content session (module) several times, enriching your training with the experience and cultural adaptations of the trainers. Each content is delivered by 2 to 4 trainers.
